Mesh's SmartFunding™ drives increased account funding

Every failed deposit is a lost user.
Your users hold crypto. It's just rarely the right asset, on the right chain, in the right amount, sitting on your platform. The gap is where deposits die.
User assets are scattered
Crypto holders have balances across multiple exchanges and wallets, on multiple chains, in multiple tokens. The asset you need for your platform is almost never the one they're holding in one place.
Manual transfers break
Copy a 42-character address. Pick the right network. Send the right token. Pay gas in a third asset. Any wrong step loses the deposit — and address-poisoning attacks make even careful users vulnerable.
Failed deposits kill onboarding
A user who can't fund their account doesn't come back. Every failed deposit is a churned acquisition, an abandoned signup, and a support ticket. The cost compounds.
From their account to yours, in seconds.
Users fund your platform with assets they already hold elsewhere. Mesh handles the routing, conversion, and delivery. No address copying. No network picking. No app-switching.
User connects existing account
Embedded in your platform, the user logs into their existing wallet or exchange with familiar credentials. Mesh sees their available balances across 300+ connected sources.
SmartFunding finds the path
Mesh combines up to five funding sources from the connected account — multiple held tokens, available cash, linked payment methods — and routes them through the fastest, cheapest, most reliable path to your platform.
Deposit lands instantly
The deposit arrives in the asset your platform configured — a stablecoin, a specific token, or local currency. Address-poisoning, wrong-network, and mismatched-token failures are eliminated by design.
Engineered for the failures that actually happen.
Most deposit flows are built around the optimistic case: the user copies the right address, picks the right network, and sends the right amount. Mesh is built around what actually happens.
Embedded, not redirected
The deposit flow runs inside your platform. Users never leave to a third-party site or switch to a wallet app and lose context. The embedded experience is consistently the largest driver of deposit completion rates.
Address-poisoning eliminated
No wallet addresses are exposed to the end user. Transfers execute programmatically inside an authenticated session — removing the entire class of copy-paste errors, spoofed addresses, and network-mismatch failures that drain users industry-wide.
SmartFunding aggregates sources
When a user doesn't have enough of one asset in one place, SmartFunding combines up to five funding sources in the connected account into a single transaction — turning what would have been a failed deposit into a completed one.
Network and asset validation
Mesh validates that the source supports the right network and the right token before the transfer executes. Mismatched routes are caught at the routing layer, not after funds are already in flight.
Higher deposit conversion. More assets on platform.

Wallets and exchanges
Let users fund accounts from the 300+ external sources they already use. Higher deposit completion, faster onboarding, fewer abandoned signups.
iGaming and prediction markets
Lift deposit success rates, reduce drop-off at the funding step, and capture users who would have churned at first failed transfer. Settle in your configured asset, every time.

Common questions.
From product, engineering, and compliance teams evaluating Mesh.
How is this different from a standard crypto deposit flow?
A standard flow asks the user to copy an address, pick a network, and send a specific token from somewhere else — any wrong step loses the deposit. Mesh embeds inside your platform, connects to the user's existing wallet or exchange via OAuth, and executes the transfer programmatically. No address is exposed. No network is picked manually. The deposit completes or it doesn't — there's no failed-in-flight state.
What is SmartFunding, and how does it help with deposits?
SmartFunding is Mesh's intelligent routing engine. For deposits, it combines up to five funding sources from a user's connected account — multiple held tokens, available cash balance, linked payment methods — into a single transaction. This means a user who doesn't have enough of one asset in one place can still complete the deposit by pulling from multiple sources at once.
Which wallets and exchanges are supported as deposit sources?
Mesh supports 300+ wallets and exchanges as deposit sources, including the major centralized exchanges and self-hosted wallets users actually transact with, across 24+ blockchain networks.
What assets can the deposit settle in on my platform?
You configure the settlement asset. Mesh supports a broad range of stablecoins (including USDC, PYUSD, USDT, and RLUSD), the major volatile assets, and local fiat in supported regions. Whatever the user sends from, the deposit arrives in the asset your platform configured.
How does Mesh prevent address-poisoning attacks?
By design — Mesh deposits never expose wallet addresses to the user. The transfer executes programmatically inside an authenticated session with the source platform, so there's no address for an attacker to spoof, no copy-paste step to compromise, and no network for the user to pick incorrectly. The entire class of address-poisoning failures is eliminated.
Can deposits be combined with compliance verification?
Yes. Mesh deposits can be combined with wallet ownership verification, KYC-lite identity retrieval from connected exchanges, and structured transfer metadata — giving regulated platforms the compliance signals needed to satisfy Travel Rule, MiCA, and AML obligations at the point of deposit, before assets land on platform.
Is Mesh in the custody flow?
No. Mesh provides routing, verification, and orchestration infrastructure only. Custody, balance management, and post-deposit operations remain entirely within your existing systems. Mesh never holds, routes, or touches customer funds.
How long does it take to integrate?
Most platforms go live in weeks, not months. Mesh provides modular API and SDK integrations, sandbox-to-production technical support, and the connectivity and compliance infrastructure pre-built — so you're integrating one API, not connecting to dozens of exchanges and chains directly.
